Are there any cheap video cameras out on the market that use CDs instead of tapes?

My friend and I are looking for a cheap video camera that uses CDs instead of tapes so we can tape music videos for our band and put the videos Youtube.
I meant to say DVDs. And what are the cheapest camcorders that use DVDs out there?

None of them use CD’s, they use DVD’s. Sony and panasonic each have one.
